I hope you enjoy making them for your family as much as I have! I have tried to make all of my recipes using ingredients all ready in your cupboard; no tofu or exotic ingredients in the book!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;PORCUPINE MEATBALLS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 lb. ground beef&lt;br /&gt;1/2 C. diced onion&lt;br /&gt;1 C. rice, uncooked&lt;br /&gt;3 T. ketchup&lt;br /&gt;1/2 t. salt&lt;br /&gt;1/4 t. black pepper&lt;br /&gt;1 t. Worcestershire sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup&lt;br /&gt;1 t. dried basil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine ground beef with onion, rice, ketchup, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat skillet over medium heat. Form meat mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls; place in skillet. Combine tomato soup, 1 can of water, and basil; pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes until rice is tender.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;AMY'S 30 MINUTE BREADSTICKS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 C. warm water&lt;br /&gt;1 T. yeast&lt;br /&gt;2 T. sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 t. salt&lt;br /&gt;3 C. flour&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 C. melter margarine&lt;br /&gt;garlic powder&lt;br /&gt;dried basil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dissolve yeast and sugar in water; add salt and flour. Mix with wooden spoon about 3 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes. Divide into 12 balls. Roll each ball into a rope, dip in melted margarine, and place in a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder and basil. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;CHOCOLATE SOY BUTTER TREATS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 C. sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 C. creamy soy butter&lt;br /&gt;1 C. corn syrup&lt;br /&gt;6 C. crisp rice cereal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine sugar, soy butter, and corn syrup in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high heat 1 minute, or until mixture is melted and stirs smooth. Add rice cereal, and coat well. Pat into a 9 x 13 pan. In another microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips on high heat, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture.
